data-end=\"126\">Dear children and adults,<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"334\">The 2024\/2025 season has just come to an end, and as we take down the last bits of scenery, wipe down the mirrors in our dressing rooms, and turn off the stage lights, we want to take a moment to thank you.<\/p><p data-start=\"336\" data-end=\"513\">Behind us is a season filled with challenges, excitement, awards, and, above all, meaningful encounters.<br data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"443\" \/>We performed <strong data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"469\">241 shows<\/strong> for a total of <strong data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"410\">43,598<\/strong><strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"512\">\u00a0audience members<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"723\">Our children\u2019s and evening stages together cover all ages \u2013 from babies, children, and youth to adults \u2013 because we believe that <strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"675\">theatre belongs to everyone<\/strong>, and that <strong data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"722\">great stories know no age limits<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"768\">This season, we premiered five productions:<\/p><ul data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"1026\"><li data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"795\"><p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"795\"><em data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"793\">Gentle Cosmic Forces<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"834\"><p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"834\"><em data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"832\">In the Ceiling the Stars Are Shining<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"870\"><p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"870\"><em data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"868\">The Adventures of Singi Lumba<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"882\"><p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"882\"><em data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"880\">Tesla<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1026\"><p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1026\"><em data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"902\">Treasure Island<\/em> \u2013 which premiered at the <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"961\">Grad Teatar Festival in Budva<\/strong>, and will have its Belgrade premiere in our theatre this autumn.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1290\">Our shows toured across Serbia and the region \u2013 including Sarajevo, Kraljevo, Banja Luka, Subotica, Herceg Novi, Tivat, Be\u010dej, Pan\u010devo, Sombor, Novi Sad, Po\u017earevac, and Kotor&#8230;<br data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1208\" \/>Wherever we went, we were met with warmth and the applause that drives us forward.<\/p><p data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1346\">We are proud of the many awards we received this year:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1718\"><li data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1443\"><p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1443\">Best Production awards for <em>In the Ceiling the Stars Are Shining<\/em>\u00a0and <em data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1441\">How the Cricket Got Well<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1492\"><p data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1492\">Best Director award for <strong data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1490\">Damjan Kecojevi\u0107<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1619\"><p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1619\">Acting awards for <strong data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1531\">Mina Nenadovi\u0107<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1554\">Dubravka Kovjani\u0107<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1574\">Mladen Vukovi\u0107<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1593\">Nikola Kerkez<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1617\">Relja Jankovi\u0107<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1665\"><p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1665\">Ensemble award for collective performance<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1718\"><p data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1718\">Best Costume Design award for <strong data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1718\">Momirka Bailovi\u0107<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1969\">We also hosted numerous ensembles from across the country and abroad \u2013 our colleagues from Republika Srpska, Denmark, Zaje\u010dar, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Vr\u0161ac&#8230; as well as students of acting and emerging artists, whom we are happy to support and follow.<\/p><p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2224\">We\u2019re especially proud that, again this year, we organized workshops that foster children\u2019s and youth creativity, play, and expression. The <strong data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2128\">\u201cHear Me Out\u201d<\/strong> project, post-show discussions, and outdoor workshops opened space for dialogue and connection.<\/p><p data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2371\">Dear friends \u2013 <strong data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2284\">thank you for being with us this season<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2288\" \/>Thank you for teaching your children to love theatre \u2013 and for loving it with them.<\/p><p data-start=\"2373\" data-end=\"2628\">Throughout August, as always, we will be preparing the new season with care and enthusiasm.
