The building of the Little Theatre “Duško Radović”  is located in Tašmajdan Park, between the Church of Saint Mark, Radio Television of Serbia, and the Children’s Cultural Center. The theatre can be accessed from the park, as well as from King Alexander Boulevard, Takovska Street, and Aberdareva Street. The theatre moved into the Tašmajdan building in mid-1968. The building was designed by one of the most prominent Serbian architects of post-war Yugoslavia, Professor and Academician Ivan Antić. It was originally planned as a children’s puppet theatre with a seating capacity of 255. At the time, the building met all the functional and technical requirements. Over time, however, the situation changed, as demands increased with the introduction of the Evening/Teen Stage.  The building sustained significant damage during the 1999 bombing.
